QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in lease administration, property management, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of smart building technologies and digital innovations in real estate.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, capital planning, and portfolio management software.
  • Familiarity with PropTech solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to technological advancements and leverage digital tools effectively.
  • Leadership and strategic planning capabilities to optimize real estate portfolios and operations
