Description:
- Minimum with 8 years of L&D experience in a large-scale organization
- Possess ACLP/ACTA
- Manager level: up to $9,000; Senior Manager level: up to $13,000Location: Upper Changi Road
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is required.
- A Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or similar qualifications is advantageous.
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 16 years of experience in learning & development or human resources, particularly within a large-scale global workforce or aviation sector.
- Proven experience in leading teams to develop and implement learning programs with tangible business value outcomes.
SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to balance compliance with agility and creativity.
