THIS ROLE WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR YOU IF YOU:

• Have a solid background in accounting
• Have some leadership experience under your belt
• Are CA/CPA qualified
• Know your stuff, but know when it’s time to call in the experts
• Have a genuine interest in helping clients and team members proactively
• Love bringing the wow to the customer experience
• Enjoy producing management reports for quarterly meetings with clients
• Don’t have an issue getting your hands dirty
• Believe in getting it right and getting it done
• Are not afraid to have real conversations
• Can explain complex financial info in a way that makes sense to everyone

THE ROLE WILL BE:

• Xero centric
• A mix of on the tool’s work and other responsibilities [depending on how you are wired]
• Focused on real estate industry clients [ranging from startups to large corporates]
• Part of a friendly and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for collaboration
• Filled with compliance and advisory [the blend is what matters most]
