Manager/Senior Manager, Value Creation

AS A MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER IN VALUE CREATION, YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE INVESTMENT TEAMS (INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY, EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AND HEALTHCARE) ON THE FOLLOWING:

• Whole of Government (WOG) Ecosystem buildup
• Deep insights and understanding of WOG as both regulators and consumer of technology especially in Economic Development Board (EDB), Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), AI Singapore (AISG), Enterprise Singapore (ESG)
• Strong hunter who can match requirements and navigate within WOG ecosystem
• Understand source of fundings and suitability matrix
• Linkage to Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL), Research institutions for deep AI talent; Facilitate collaboration opportunities for portfolio companies with government
• Proactively assist portfolio companies in setting up of their Singapore operations and facilitate access to business partners/services such as talent/hiring, incorporation and government grants

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of direct or related experience in operational support and/or business development in funds or relevant industries, preferably in the technology, healthcare-related industry.
• Prior experience from the WOG Ecosystem will be an added advantage.
• Process oriented, entrepreneurial and resourceful, with ability to identify growth opportunities arising from technology innovation and industry trends.
• Excellent relationship management capabilities, communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong abilities to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
