Working as part of our Strategic Partnerships Team this role plays a crucial part in Riipen’s goal to build a scalable work-based learning ecosystem supporting the workforce needs of the future.
You will be challenged with leveraging your previous success in this space to build and foster relationships with local, provincial and federal levels to design and launch work-based learning programs that align with economic, talent and workforce needs.
You pride yourself on your exceptional ability to create meaningful and impactful relationships, your proven track record of identifying areas of opportunity and creating purposeful and forward-thinking programs that serve our partners and furthers Riipen’s mission.
By nature you are a people person. Someone who makes connections and establishes relationships quickly; finding mutual value in partnerships. This role is all about building the right relationships with non-profit intermediaries, Government, Foundations, Funders and Academic Institutions and finding ways that Riipen can partner with them on high impact, Work Integrated Learning programs across the country.
