Responsibilities:

NB: TRAVEL IS A REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE.

HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years, providing much needed support for people in the areas of alcohol and other drugs, mental health, justice and family and domestic violence.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

The Manager, Service Operations is a member of the Services Division leadership team and will play a critical role by leading the implementation of strategies to deliver and continually improve the service experience of Hope clients and service delivery teams.
The position reports directly to Chief Services Officer.

Key to this role with be the successful achievement of:

  • Leading and managing the service stream to drive the provision of culturally appropriate, trauma-informed and child-safe services.
  • Driving the achievement of HOPE’s Strategic Plan through the design and implementation of operational plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with HOPE’s models of care, standing operating procedures and accreditation standards.
  • Upholding HOPE’s Clinical Governance Framework and risk management processes.
  • Ensuring optimal utilisation of financial and people resources to meet contractual obligations.
  • Creation and submission of quality reporting
