Description:

Our Group Risk team are looking for a Manager - Compliance and Conduct to support with the implementation and effectiveness of compliance and conduct risk programmes across SkyCity.
Reporting to the Compliance and Conduct Lead, this role provides independent advice to the business on management of compliance and conduct risks arising from both operational and change initiatives ensuring that the risks are well managed in strategic and regulatory projects and that controls are appropriately designed, tested and implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years proven experience in Risk, Compliance or Legal in the Gaming or Financial Services sector
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field e.g. Law is preferred (but not required)
  • Working knowledge of key legislation, regulations and global best practices relating to compliance and conduct risk management
  • Strong relationship management
  • Flexibility to pitch in and help the team in general
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    Success in this role will be the ability to understand and articulate risks and work collaboratively across our organisation.
