Job Description
TEAM SUMMARY
The Solutions team in Visa Cross Border Solution is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in API integration and solutions with proven technical pre-sales and solutions development capabilities.
- Working knowledge in Payments or Transactional Banking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin is necessary due to the client communication requirements in Mandarin-speaking markets. Proficiency in other North Asian languages such as Korean or Japanese is advantageous.
- A data-driven and solution-oriented mindset is required. Experience in solving problems with data analysis and relevant software is preferred.
- Prior experience in solution architecture design, technical pre-sales, product management, and technical account management is preferred
