The Specialist Solution Architects (SSA) Team is engaged in our most important and complex customer engagements, providing deep technical expertise to both our new and existing customers. As a Manager, Specialist Solutions Architects, you will lead a team of SSAs responsible for accelerating our Data Intelligence Platform adoptions. Your team will provide specialist expertise to account teams who develop and oversee the technical account strategy.
The team you will lead is covering Central Europe and will focus on growing the business for Germany..
You will report to the Regional SSA and DSA Director and will grow and develop a dynamic team with expertise in areas including data warehousing, data engineering, and data science who will continue to deepen their knowledge of Databricks’ as the platform expands.
You will guide and be directly involved in enhancing your team’s effectiveness; be an expert at communicating complex, business value-focused solutions; support complex sales cycles and customer architectures, and build relationships with important partners in large corporations.
