REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital analytics and campaign optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of different digital marketing channels and how they fit in the marketing funnel.
  • Experience working with campaign data from different paid channels such as social media, paid search, display and video ads and owned channels such as email, mobile.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a market agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics), integrate it with internal data sources (loyalty, transactions) and generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Design and Optimization:
  • To Work with marketing leads to design a campaign which optimizes the ROI, maximizes the goal (conversion, clicks etc) by identifying and experimenting with targeting strategies.
  • Implement A/B testing framework to measure campaign success.
  • Use the understanding of various digital marketing channels to optimize the performance of overall campaigns. For example, how to better orchestrate keyword bidding so that keywords from multiple campaigns are not bidding against each other.
  • Maximize ROI of a social media campaign by using better targeting strategies
  • Campaign Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics like ROI and conversion rates.
  • Incorporate business understanding and business goals into campaign design and management.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and present reports and dashboards; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams; mentor junior team members.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends; conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.
