Description:
MANAGER, STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT, AON INPOINT
We are seeking a passionate individual to join Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific – based in Singapore - as a Manager. The role will offer an opportunity to harness your strategic commercial insurance expertise whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team. You will be involved in a variety of strategic initiatives working with a broad range of clients that include some of the most influential individuals in the (re)insurance industry, playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their firms.
This role is broad and involves a diverse range of activities, focused on supporting senior Aon Inpoint stakeholders in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, distribution strategy and growth advisory, coordinating project work, delivery of strategic initiatives with key clients and business development.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- Graduate degree in business, finance or equivalent, and experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in (re)insurance, underwriting, broking with involvement in account management/relationship management.
- Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication and engagement skills.
- Good autonomy and organization.
- At ease with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling actionable insights from them.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
