As the Manager of Strategic Finance and Performance, you will lead a high-performing team that drives financial excellence, strategic planning, and operational efficiency across the organisation
This leadership role is at the heart of organisational success, ensuring fiscal integrity, optimising resource allocation, and delivering actionable data-driven insights to empower decision-making and achieve strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a passion for financial and strategic excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A professional accounting qualification (CPA or CFA preferred)
• A proven track record in leading financial strategies, performance planning, and operational optimisation.
• Strong expertise in financial management, procurement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• A commitment to innovation, accountability, and delivering community-focused results.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) (Previously known as a police check)
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Psychometric Assessment
