Work Schedule :
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. When onsite, you will work at 1212 Deming Way, Middleton, WI. This is a hybrid position which may work on site in Madison, WI and Rockford, IL on occasion.

We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Marketing Operations to:

  • Support the growth of strategic priorities for UW Health by engaging with consumer and provider audiences.
  • Lead a team of marketing and also provide marketing strategy support to key accounts.
  • Work cross functionally with colleagues to reach all UW Health audiences via digital marketing, web-based communications, video, and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Administration, Health Care Management, Marketing, Communications or related field. Required
  • Master’s degree or progress towards a master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field. Preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years progressively responsible experience in the management of marketing communications and programs. Required
  • Administrative position in a large academic or complex health care organization that included management of strategic communication programs and services. Preferred
