Responsibilities:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business or a related field, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, and market analysis, with expertise in business growth, expansion, and diversification in the aerospace or related sector.
  • You have a strong knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize information for executive level briefings and recommendations (French is an asset)
  • Working understanding of accounting of corporate finance principles to help translate strategic objectives into financial targets.
  • You are able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively while working towards short deadlines.
  • You have working knowledge of and are eligible to view and handle Canadian Controlled Goods Regulations (CGR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
