YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or Finance
  • Well-developed change management skills
  • Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing pricing activities and projects across the Region and functions (Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Finance)
  • Drive value capture by implementing global/regional price strategy
  • Execute strategic pricing process(es) and policies globally/regionally
  • Collaborate with Central Pricing Team to design pricing tools/processes for harmonization (and adaptation) across the various business units and lead adoption of tools/processes within the SBU
  • Provide expertise in price setting for global/regional products and in price execution
  • Responsible for governance on discounts/rebates and surcharges
  • Develop internal and external communication related to pricing
  • Own various pricing analyses and reports that support the Region on measuring price impact against guidance/targets
