Description:

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Take on major strategic projects, from recommendations to execution:
  • You will take large datasets, draw insights and build out recommendations and present these back in a digestible way (both in written doc and visual form)
  • You will drive the implementation of your recommendations - draft project plans, timelines, seek feedback from leaders, iterate and execute. You will need to follow up and hold all leaders accountable for the outcomes/ deliverables
  • Be a point of contact for ad hoc requests for analysis and support from across the company
  • Set company targets, monitor them and regularly and effectively share progress with the company
  • Partner with the product team to help size opportunities and devise strategies for going after them

Responsibilities:

As a Strategy and Operations Manager on the BizOps team you will be responsible for providing actionable analyses to inform decision making throughout Linktree. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations, you will play a key role in the direction of the business, the prioritisation of activities, and the understanding of trends and behaviours.
We would love to hear from you if you have 4-6 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, tech, or similar. A demonstrated understanding of how tech companies work and the needs of engineers, product managers and marketers in their functional environments will be very helpful in this role too.
We are hoping you are super smart with a superhuman ability to get things done. We’ll need you to prioritise efficiently and have a clear framework for doing so. You’ll also need to be a great communicator, who can back up their opinions with a clearly justified rationale.
Given the nature of the role, it’s also critical that you’re comfortable with numbers and large data sets and have the ability to translate these into meaningful insights. Bonus points if you’re a weapon at G suite, Excel and Looker.
You should be someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, your plan for the day might be thrown out the window at 9am and that’s fine with you. This isn’t a do the tasks on the job description kind of role. It’s constantly evolving, changing, and growing.
