Description:
MANAGER, STRATEGY & CX
- Full-time Permanent Opportunity – Hybrid Working Model.
- Location – Open to interest from candidate in Sydney / Melbourne / interstate locations
- High impact work, driving strategic divisional strategy initiatives
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Undertaking analysis and evaluation of business opportunities that are of strategic significance to Business & Wealth’s divisional priorities.
- Developing an understanding of the current state, define end state operating models & architecture, define strategic roadmaps, and perform high level cost/benefit analysis.
- Preparation of project material and status updates to facilitate presentation to working groups, steering committees and Executive Team for endorsement and decision-making.
- Delivering robust quantitative insights to support the decision-making process.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business, distribution teams and project teams to inform design of initiatives and decision making.
- Supporting the execution of select initiatives e.g. operating model changes.
