An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Strategy & Performance Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team and contribute towards making a vibrant community through the ongoing improvement and development of the Council’s strategic planning functions.
The Role
The Manager, Strategy & Performance plays a critical role in aligning the organisation’s operations with its strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Manager, Strategy & Performance is responsible for leading and managing the integration of the Council’s Strategic Management Framework. This includes ensuring that the framework is effectively communicated and understood throughout the organisation. The Manager, Strategy & Performance is tasked with coordinating efforts across teams to achieve the successful delivery of the objectives and strategies that have been endorsed by the Council, driving overall organisational performance and ensuring that strategic goals are met.
