MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of professional experience, in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles
- Experience with defining analysis requirements, working with analysts and get hands on with data when vital.
- Ability to translate sophisticated information into easily consumable insights & narratives
- Ability to work cross functionally and handle projects with collaborators from other global teams, specialist aligned strategy teams, specialist leadership & Cloud GTM teams
- Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Responsibilities:
As part of a high-performance, fast-paced, and collaborative team, your role will encompass all aspects of supporting the global specialist GTM efforts under the Specialization Centre of Excellence. This includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation and analysis. You will work with the CoE leadership, specialist sales and strategy leadership and cross-functional partners to provide a 360° view of the business and drive executive-level recommendations and tools that directly give to the success of industry-leading Specialist teams.
