About the Role
As a Manager, Stress Testing & Forecasting in our Tribe, you’ll play a key role in helping to test the financial resilience of ANZ to severe but plausible economic scenarios that may threaten ANZ’s viability. Forecast credit metrics to support finance managers with strategic planning over a 3-year time horizon.

Job Title: Manager, Stress Testing & Forecasting
Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent - Full Time
What will your day look like?
Executing of credit risk stress testing across geographies, banking products, and industry segments to support Industry-Wide Stress Tests, Group ICAAP and legal entity ICAAPs.
Forecasting of credit provisions and risk weighted assets for the portfolio to support financial planning. Monitor and update forecasts in a timely basis.
Communication of stress testing and forecasting outcomes to a wide range of stakeholders.
Support the development of methodologies and approaches to cater for new and emerging risks (e.g. climate risk).
Training and supporting junior team members.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven banking experience working across roles such in Credit Risk Modelling, Stress Testing, Forecasting, Credit Metrics, Risk Reporting, Consulting.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong programming and data wrangling skills using SAS and SQL.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge analysing credit provisions and Risk Weighted Assets.
Previous experience working in retail credit risk or wholesale portfolio management.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a range of stakeholders.
Growth mindset with the desire to uplift current state processes and the ability to learn quickly.
