Description:
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT:
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate new suppliers to meet the needs of our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers, acting as the main point of contact.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and supply conditions.
- Implement supplier performance evaluation measures and work with suppliers to resolve any performance or quality issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; training in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain management, ideally in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in ERP software and management tools.
