The Supply Chain Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize process efficiency and productivity. They will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Train and evaluate others in the supply chain team.
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best practices.
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
