Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
The Supply Chain Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize process efficiency and productivity. They will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Solid data analytics. Experience in project management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of Fleet operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS…

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Train and evaluate others in the supply chain team.
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best practices.
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
