Description:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Business/ operations experience required.
- Know-how of supply chain theory and processes, operational execution & operations needs.
- Prior leadership experiences are beneficial.
- Strong experience with SAP, Rapid Response a plus.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or other related technical degree.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This position is responsible to lead a team of supply planner(s) to enable growth in our Data Center GPU business. They will be accountable to meet key performance indices and drive system and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a healthy intolerance for the status quo, intellectual curiosity, comfort with uncertainty, and a process mindset. Daily tasks for the Supply Planning team and manager are to manage and monitor the supply position for both NPI and sustaining products and collaborate with key stakeholders & functions on the material flow, capacity support, parametric data and managing exceptions on a real time basis. This role demands customer focus, strong decision-making capabilities, agility, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage supply across multiple functions & geographies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners
- Meet KPI for SCM (on-time-delivery, revenue attainment, excess & obsolete, etc.)
- Collaborate with other functions to communicate priorities, strategies, and close operational gaps
- Accountable to position supply required to meet new product milestones & demand ramp, while minimizing supply risk
- Lead resolution of issues to meet customer success or enable decision
- Drive robust tool development to manage complex planning, BOM, and inventory flows
- Advocate and drive continuous improvement & change management process design to increase team’s productivity and scale
