Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed Annual Targets
  • Advise on Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations
  • Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Finance regarding Expiring Bulk Rates, New Construction Sales, M/A Portfolios and Residential Sales Targets renewal strategies.
  • Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business
