We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to support our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis for maternity coverage. This role will focus on driving talent acquisition strategies, overseeing team management, enhancing recruitment processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, team leadership, and vendor management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters in a relevant field
  • 5+ years experience in a recruiting role
  • 1+ years in a people management role
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, Checkr, Grayscale, and agency partners.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, providing mentorship, support, and guidance.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to review performance and goals.
  • Report, track and analyze recruiting performance and metrics.
  • Assist with sourcing efforts in the US and EMEA, building and nurturing candidate relationships.
  • Create and maintain recruiting document trackers
  • Conduct weekly meetings with leadership to discuss recruitment needs and address issues.
  • Provide backup support to the recruitment team for stakeholder requests.
