SUMMARY

Perdue Farms is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Compliance to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The Manager, TA Compliance will be responsible for managing and ensuring the compliance of our background screen processes and procedures, as well as for delivering reporting/analytics, and will oversee the adjudication of all company background screens. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of legal/compliance standards.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s background screen processes in collaboration with a third-party vendor.
  • Oversee the adjudication process and adjudicate background screens according to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting on background screen results and trends.
  • Analyze background screen data to identify and report on key metrics and trends to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring our practices comply with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on background screen processes and compliance.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the background screen process.
