Manager, Talent Acquisition - Early in Career
Location: UK, High Wycombe / Maidenhead
Other location: Prague
Contract: Full time, permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Lead a dynamic team of Early in Career recruiters
  • Build partnerships with key business partners to drive the design of effective Early in Career recruiting strategies for assigned program locations, and lead successful execution/implementation
  • Highly consultative and decisive partner to clients; an excellent relationship manager
  • Take primary ownership/responsibility for ensuring exceptional candidate experience for candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Develop and contribute to processes for evaluating talent forecasting and demand/needs
  • Closely collaborate with TA partners to leverage and implement best practices
  • Seek out opportunities to leverage data and external benchmarking to share best practices on Early in Career Recruiting
  • High standards and attention to detail; strong planning and time management skills
  • Highly consultative and decisive partner to clients; an excellent relationship manager Passion for the Early in Career space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with developing presentations and presenting to large groups of people, including but not limited to candidates, recruiting partners, program stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; data analysis ability with the ability to participate in other Early in Career key projects
  • Support Early Talent leadership by managing program governance, utilizing their project management skills to provide leadership to plan and manage projects
  • Must be an enthusiastic team player and have a passion and energy to drive early talent strategies
  • Manage programs and solutions that enable early talent strategy and priorities across the Company

QUALIFICATIONS

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Post Graduate Degree (Masters, equivalent) preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years professional experience with at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or in a related field of work is required
  • Proficiency in English is required along with strong presentation skills
  • Has experience managing, planning and implementing projects initiatives is required
  • Demonstrated success working in the University/Early in Career space is strongly preferred
  • Experience leveraging internal and external analytics to diagnose situations and build business cases; Identifies designs and leads studies that inform talent decisions is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and is preferred
  • Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions through multiple channels is required
