Skydance has an immediate need for a full cycle Recruiter with experience in live action film and television. This person will be responsible for recruiting for development, corporate and technology roles and will have the opportunity to work with industry veterans who create award winning content!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in Entertainment, particularly in film and television development and production, games and media
  • Must be an early adopter and passionate about games and the digital space
  • Must be client and candidate focused, with an eye for creating a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working with an ATS, Lever a plus
  • Knowledge of employment-based immigration regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talent
    The salary for this position in Los Angeles is $115,000 - $140,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle recruiting and support including direct sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling
  • Partner closely with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle from developing hiring strategies and job descriptions through offer
  • Advocate for both hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing a high touch and best-in-class experience for all
  • Maintain data, workflow and process integrity
  • Serve as Skydance branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers who represent the company’s culture in a meaningful way
  • Proactively identify challenges and work with partners and stakeholders toward resolution
  • Act as an ambassador for Skydance at networking events, conferences, etc.
