As a passionate talent ambassador for TeamLocal, the Manager, Talent Attraction oversees all aspects of bringing great talent to Prospera including leading, supporting and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists and overseeing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have an amazing experience. In collaboration with the Director, Talent & People Experience, the manager contributes to the creation of Talent Attraction strategy and is responsible for execution of deliverables within it including important work related to employer branding, talent pipelining and DEI. In addition, this role also carries out carries out full cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.
Please Note: This role is hybrid and is based in our Surrey office.

Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction Leadership

  • Provides support, coaching and development to Talent Attraction team members.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders within People Experience to facilitate a great hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Coordinates the FTE management process in collaboration with senior leaders in Finance, People Experience, and the Lines of Business.
  • Holds team accountable to meeting Service Level Agreements and success in key performance indicators. Contributes to quarterly governance reporting on Talent Attraction performance and labour market insights.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Talent and Prospera’s DEI working group to deliver on the roadmap of work identified to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in all Talent Attraction systems and processes.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with third parties including vendors, recruitment search firms/agencies and manages related budget.

Talent Attraction Strategy

  • Ensures all Talent Attraction activities are in alignment with the Prospera’s employee experience guiding principles and focus on amazing candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Delivers on the execution of talent focus areas including Employer Branding (EVP), Inclusive Hiring, and talent pipelining.
  • Accountable for creating a seamless, consistent and equitable experience for candidates, hiring managers, and team members

Full Cycle Recruitment

  • Leads the full cycle recruitment process for professional and senior level roles
  • Partners and coaches hiring leaders in making decisions regarding selection criteria and decisions
