JOB DESCRIPTION

NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.

Supporting the Head, the Manager proactively promotes employer branding, leads talent sourcing & selection initiatives & vendor management; and acts as an advisor to HRBPs and BUs on both tactical to long-term hiring plans to optimize business outcomes. This includes, and not limited to, identifying appropriate sources of talents and management of strategic partners to develop a talent pipeline supporting business growth and employer branding.

  • Facilitate, advise and collaborate with business units to meet hiring numbers to ensure business sustainability
  • Leverage & optimise on both internal(employee referrals, internal mobility programs) and external channels (educational institutions, government agencies and community bodies) & e-platforms (LinkedIn, social media) to meet hiring need
  • Partner with IHLs, recruitment partners and government agencies such as e2i, WSG, AIC, MOH to ensure optimal reach for talents
  • Able to write job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organisation’s culture, values and opportunitiesStay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process
  • Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimising recruitment strategies
  • Together with the team, is able to contribute to:
  • contribute to designing and Implementing assessment methodologies to enhance quality of hires
  • drive data-driven decisions through recruitment analytics and market intelligence
  • partner with HRIS team on TA digital transformation projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent majors
  • At least 5 years of proven track record in similar capacity, preferably within the healthcare sector.

SKILLS

HR Generalist experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
