YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement strategic and assertive tax and finance business solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions/applications (functional and application logic).
• Assess, improve, and reengineer tax and finance functions’ processes.
• Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of services.
• Drive overall deployment of process driven and technology services through active participation.
• Support clients in managing effective relationships with tax authorities.
• Collect and document engagement team and client feedback
• Build and maintain long-term and trust relationships with our clients and provide high levels of client service.
• Stay abreast of current Tax & Finance regulatory framework and related technology relevant to the client’s business.
• Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Academic Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management or similar.
• Practical experience in standard process analysis and mapping.
• Participated in digital transformation project (e.g., SAP, MS-NAV or another ERP implementation).
• Technical knowledge or education on Python, PowerApps & Power Automation.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
