Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement strategic and assertive tax and finance business solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions/applications (functional and application logic).
- Assess, improve, and reengineer tax and finance functions’ processes.
- Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of services.
- Drive overall deployment of process driven and technology services through active participation.
- Support clients in managing effective relationships with tax authorities.
- Collect and document engagement team and client feedback
- Build and maintain long-term and trust relationships with our clients and provide high levels of client service.
- Stay abreast of current Tax & Finance regulatory framework and related technology relevant to the client’s business.
- Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Academic Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management or similar.
- Practical experience in standard process analysis and mapping.
- Participated in digital transformation project (e.g., SAP, MS-NAV or another ERP implementation).
- Technical knowledge or education on Python, PowerApps & Power Automation.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
