Description:

We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree likely in electrical engineering and minimum 2 years work experience in the area or minimum 5 years work experience within the test system development area.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience from object lead, team lead or team management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to keep a cool head in an evironment with sometimes multiple conflicting top priorites.
  • Ability to pivot between engineering tasks and manegerial tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global team of test engineers where systems are developed locally but used in global manufacturing with remote deployment, troubleshooting and support.
  • Set short term priorites whilst driving long term continous improvement initiatives
  • Provide product and process performance feedback to both operations teams and design engineering.
  • Set long term goals and roadmap for test system platform.
  • Manage the test system development process and deliverables.
  • Manage resources and set project priorities.
  • Day to day production support activities.
  • Support repair centers at multiple locations.
  • Support supplier test systems and performance investigations.
  • Quality investigations and root cause analysis through industry standard quality tools and methods.
  • Hands-on activities.
