BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in Human Resources, focusing on compensation and benefits.
- Expertise: Proven experience in total rewards program administration, with proficiencies in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Language Skills: Highly fluent in English; Dutch knowledge would be an asset.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience are a plus.
