• Analyze product concepts and develop specific guidelines and obtain written approvals
• Build business requirement documents based on design concept and detail the requirements for business and systems
• Create project plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery – identifying all potential issues and driving to resolution
• Serves as product expert with respect to competition, industry trends, tech advances, and customer changing needs
• Understand market situation and competitors’ action providing market updates and comparison
• Develop new products and enhance existing products according to market situation and corporates needs
• Drawing up product strategies to be at forefront of the market
• Conduct periodic product reviews and business analytics using market information, product statistic reports and business trend analysis.
• Analysis of RMs performance, pipeline and KPI
• Statistic report for products
• Prepare business review presentation
• Prepare business unit performance scorecard
