The Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager/Manager reports to Directors and Partners and is primarily responsible for addressing the transfer pricing consulting and compliance needs of our clients, which range from SME businesses to multinational groups.
The opportunity
Our Transfer Pricing team, a division within our Tax service, is seeking enthusiastic professionals with a passion for Transfer Pricing. These roles involve advising clients on business restructures, planning for new international projects, navigating tax authority reviews, and managing compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities

  • Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and business/economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
  • Managing engagements and the day-to-day client relationship
  • Reviewing transfer pricing analysis/documents/models prepared by team members
  • Supporting Partners with complex engagements, including transfer pricing reviews, audits and Advance Pricing Arrangements with the ATO and other tax authorities
  • Participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities
  • Mentoring, training and developing team members

What you need to apply

- A Business, Commerce or Law Degree or Masters of Tax
- CA Qualified/ Tax Institute accreditation
- Preferred work rights in Australia
- 5 + years transfer pricing or taxation consulting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional work ethic
