MANAGER, TRANSFORMATION ARCHITECTURE & DELIVERY, BANKING & CAPITAL MARKETS
The Transformation Architecture & Delivery team sits at the heart of EY’s Financial Services Business Transformation practice. Our TA&D team consists of deeply experienced and proven Financial Services professionals, who draw on their knowledge to provide specialised delivery leadership to Consumer, Commercial and Wholesale Banks, Payment’s providers, Insurers and Asset Managers to manage their strategic, most complex and business-critical change.
Some of the client services that the TA&D team offers include:
- Helping our clients manage large, complex programmes and portfolios of change, whether it be business transformation, technology and data led transformations, regulatory driven change, digital change initiatives or customer remediation programmes.
- Support and advise clients to enhance their transformation capabilities by assessing their current transformation processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies, and coaching their staff to build a more robust and effective transformation function within their organization.
- Develop and maintain the transformation portfolio strategy for our clients, ensuring alignment with their organisation goals and business objectives. You will ensure effective integration and coordination across all portfolio initiatives, reporting on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations at decision-making forums.
- Provide an independent objective assessment of the status and health of client’s transformation initiatives and programmes, ranging from rapid ‘health-checks’ and gateway reviews to full programme monitoring, for Regulators, Boards, the C-suite, transformation sponsors and teams.
- Shape and mobilise our client’s strategic programmes and establish effective governance at the level of Programme, Value Stream, and/or Transformation Office (TMO).
In providing these services, the team brings together multi-disciplinary teams from across EY Consulting and the wider firm; working closely with our clients, we assess situations quickly, apply our thinking, offer points of view and advice, build confidence, and deliver outcome focussed transformational change for our clients.
