Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Manager of Transportation Network & Trade Compliance, you will be at the forefront of our logistics and compliance operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that our global transportation network runs seamlessly and that all import/export activities comply with international regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Develop, guide, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Encourage innovative solutions and foster a collaborative environment.
- Operational Management: Solve logistical challenges, support stakeholders, and ensure smooth global logistics operations. Be ready to travel globally to address on-the-ground issues.
- Strategic Contribution: Analyze shipping data, identify issues, and initiate projects to enhance our transportation and trading network strategy.
- Compliance Management: Develop and upgrade our import/export compliance portfolio. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Carrier Management: Maintain strong relationships with carriers, evaluate performance, and support contract negotiations.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze and optimize company processes, enhance productivity, and lead stakeholders through new processes.
