Description:
The Manager, Treasury & Corporate Structuring will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s global liquidity, capital structure, risk management strategies, and intercompany transactions. This role will also play a critical part in insurance management and transfer pricing to ensure compliance and strategic alignment across all global entities. The ideal candidate will have rounded general expertise in global treasury operations, corporate finance, insurance, and legal structuring, with proven experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, making them well-suited for managing the complex needs of a global software company. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Markham office reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Accounting designation (CPA, CA or CFA) is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related role, preferably within a global or technology-driven organization.
- At least 1+ years of experience leading a team is a must.
- Experience with Intercompany Transactions & Transfer Pricing is a must.
- Proven experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments, with a strong understanding of international cash management, intercompany financing, and legal entity structuring.
- Experience working with global banking platforms and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to self-learn and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to work cross-functionally with tax, legal, accounting, and business unit teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and governance in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.
