What will your typical day look like?
In response to the growing demand both globally and here in Australia for Trustworthy AI Governance and Risk Management Services, we are looking to hire a Manager to join our national team delivering market leading advice and practical solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society.
We are seeking a Manager with demonstrated experience in AI Governance, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in developing Trustworthy AI policy and procedures in order to support service delivery and product development, team building (including retraining of existing resources) and client-facing sales.
Ideally located in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will work with potential and existing clients across a wide range of industries and the public sector, to advise, deliver and implement customised Trustworthy AI solutions.

YOU MAY HAVE ALL OR SOME OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Expertise in AI Governance: Experience in AI governance, risk management, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and implementing AI policies and frameworks
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AI-related regulations, ethical standards and industry best practices
Technical Acumen: Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, data science and analytics tools
Business Development: Experience identifying business opportunities, developing proposals and driving successful client engagements
Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess and mitigate AI risks across the AI lifecycle
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Client Engagement: Experience in client-facing roles, with a history of advising and supporting clients on AI governance and risk management
Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering professional growth and development
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on long-term AI governance goals
Project Management: Solid project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, industry leaders and internal teams
Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest Trustworthy AI trends, innovations and regulatory changes
