As the Manager, Value Based Payment, you will play a pivotal role in the oversight and coordination of internal stakeholders, essential for the successful design and execution of Value Based Payment (VBP) arrangements. This position directly supports the Strategy & Innovation team, ensuring that VBP initiatives align with VillageCareMax’s organizational strategies. Your responsibilities will include evaluating provider performance to inform and enhance the organization’s VBP Strategy, fostering a culture of continual improvement. You will leverage data analytics to identify performance opportunities and facilitate informed implementation of VBP agreements. By coordinating Joint Operating Committee meetings and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure actionable insights and effective communication flow.
This role demands a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities, alongside a strong capacity for relationship building, as you work collaboratively across departments to drive success in value-based care initiatives. Familiarity with tools like Tableau and Excel will help you support analytics and establish key metrics to monitor operational goals effectively.
