ENGLISH VERSION:
We are looking for an inspiring and structured leader for our chemical warehouses, production and tank facilities in Tananger.
As a leader, you will be responsible for optimal use of resources in our production, as well as lead, motivate and develop employees and the organization. In this role, you will help to ensure first-class service delivering our products and services by understanding and meeting the customer’s requirements at all times.

The position is onshore, and it is therefore a requirement to live locally.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for operating the chemical warehouses, production, and tank farms
- Ensure deliveries and production with the best possible use of materials, human resources, and technical equipment
- Continuous improvement of the work processes
- Lead, motivate and further develop the employees and the organization
- Continuous focus on health, environment, safety, and quality
- Leading operating personnel and preparation of shift / shift plans
- Responsible for maintenance of operation / production equipment and tank facilities
- Ensure that operations comply with laws and regulations in accordance with current standards and requirements
- Area responsible for internal / external audits
- Invoice control
- Customer contact with logistics / base operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (university, college, or Technical Trade school), or Minimum +/- 10 years relevant experience in manager role
- Trade Certificate in the logistics subject (possibly other relevant trade certificates)
- Experience in leading other people
- Good computer skills, knowledge of SAP
- General safety and environmental training completed
- Good understanding of the customer’s needs
- Good finances understanding
