JOB SUMMARY

We are a leading human resource consultancy organization dedicated to providing top-tier talent solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Managerial Psychologist to join our team. The Managerial Psychologist will be responsible for applying psychological principles and research methods to solve problems in the workplace and improve the quality of work life. They will work closely with management to enhance employee performance, motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness. The Managerial Psychologist will apply psychological principles to enhance workplace efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness by working closely with management and HR to develop strategies, conduct assessments, and provide counseling.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 2 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on managerial or industrial psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC cognitive experience in a related role.
• Strong understanding of psychological principles and their application in the workplace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Location: Lagos Mainland(Gbagada)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement psychological strategies to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments to identify organizational issues and provide solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance managerial skills and leadership capabilities.
• Provide counseling and support to employees dealing with work-related stress or personal issues affecting their job performance.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop policies and practices that promote a healthy and productive work environment.
• Conduct research to identify trends and develop strategies to address workplace issues.
