Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the firm’s day-to-day operations
  • Mentor and develop a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, negotiations, and mediations
