At Concentrix Catalyst, our Managing Consultants play a vital role in the day-to-day management and delivery of our core client engagements. As part of our team, you will leverage your experience to span an assortment of projects across our service-lines and markets, interacting with a range of clients at all levels up to C-suitewhich will provide you with the opportunity to build depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in your Consulting career with us.

Responsibilities:

TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK AND FEEL, HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO:

  • You are an active contributor to your sub-team sales goals. You support sales and pre-sales teams to develop and secure new client opportunities and identify opportunities for sell on within existing client engagements.
  • Assemble and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects, including the use of third-party resources and partners where necessary, ensuring strong commercial agreements are in place
  • Ensure exceptional standards of client satisfaction and advocacy on projects delivered, looking for and using feedback to actively and continually improve.
  • Continually conduct market research to stay relevant within your area of expertise, and contribute to the development of thought leadership which will support wider marketing and business development activities.
  • As a strong communicator, you will be able to effectively design and deliver exceptional presentations and workshops to clients, and to internal team members.

TO APPLY FOR THIS FLEXIBLE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following sectors: BSFI (Banking, FS, Insurance), CPG, Retail, Energy, Utilities
  • Proven track record in the successful accountability for project and programme management cycles and the associated governance.
  • Being an advocate for career development, you will have an active interest in ensuring that you establish and deliver against a strong development plan. You will also play a role in supporting more junior colleagues to establish theirs.
  • Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Degree, MBA, or structured project management qualification (i.e., Prince 2) is preferred.
  • Fluency in second European language (Advantageous), German (Preferable)
