WHAT DO THEY WANT?

This fantastic company is looking for a Managing Consultant who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from creating relationships with new clients and candidates, to fulfilling requirements from both sides and everything in the middle. They would love someone who is communicative, well organised and loves forging relationships. Experience within Sales Recruitment is essential.

You will of course need to be well-balanced when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities and managing your own time.

SO, WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Previous experience of 360 end-to-end recruitment
• Exeprience of managing a team.
• Working to targets
• You’re ambitious and driven by success
• IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Articulate, great at relationship building and able to communicate with a variety of people across all levels
• A drivers license and own vehicle
