Job Description:
1) Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
2) Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
3) Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
4) Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders,and authorities.
5) Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments,and ventures.
6) Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events, speakingengagements, etc.
7) Manage and controll programming and software development projects
Managing Director Requirements:
1) Degree in software for computation and automated systems
2) Higher education
3) Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
4) Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6) Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7) Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8) Company management for programing and software developent at least 10 years
9) Project management for Software Engineer experience
10) Participation and victories in programming competitions are mandator
