By fusing search, social and influencer data we can quickly identify what good looks like for any audience on any platform for any type of creative asset. Either by partnering with media owners and influencers or by using our in-house team of skilled producers and creatives, we create effective, impactful data-led content which ensures maximum engagement and earned reach with no compromise on quality.
Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry. Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best-in-class work with seamless project management.
The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing. Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners, and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we activate over 100 campaigns each year. We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfill client needs in paid and owned channels. The fastest-growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Managing Director of Publicis Content, you will spearhead the content practice across Publicis agencies – Starcom, Zenith, and Spark Foundry – working with high-profile clients such as L’Oreal, LVMH, Mondelez, and Sky. Your leadership will drive growth in three core areas: Sponsorships and Partnerships, Owned Content Strategy (including influencer marketing), and Creative Assets and Production.
Your primary goal will be to double the revenue generated by the content practice over the next three years, leveraging innovation, strategic thinking, and collaboration to deliver outstanding results. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of content creation and strategy for Publicis Media, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry trends, from influencer marketing to platform-fit creative and brand collaborations. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at leading teams through periods of significant change and growth.
You will work closely with Publicis Media’s leadership to integrate and collaborate with key divisions such as SEO, sports marketing, and influencer marketing, maximising our collective strengths to deliver better outcomes for clients. With over 100 talented professionals in the content practice, you will be responsible for nurturing talent, driving operational excellence, and ensuring we remain industry leaders in delivering world-class content strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop Growth Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale the content practice and double revenue in three years.
  • Inspire a High-Performing Team: Lead and mentor a diverse team of content creators, strategists, and analysts, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high client standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new opportunities for content partnerships, insourcing, and cross-agency collaboration.
  • Client-Centric Leadership: Work closely with key clients, ensuring tailored content strategies that drive measurable growth, and setting a high bar for client service and delivery.
  • Drive Innovation: Ensure that Publicis Content stays ahead of the curve with the latest trends in AI, platform solutions, and emerging technologies to enhance our offering.
  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with other Publicis entities like Digitas, MSL, and St Marks Studios, ensuring the integration of services and enhancing client outcomes.
