Our Restructuring and Insolvency practice offers critical assistance to companies that are under-performing or experiencing a full-blown liquidity crisis. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilise financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvements. A&M’s involvement reassures creditors that the company is taking important steps to address its problems and maximise its value.
In addition to the above, members of our Restructuring and Insolvency practise are regularly appointed to administer the judicial management and winding up of companies.
A&M is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia and as a result, we are seeking to hire a Managing Director (partner) level candidates in our Restructuring Practice to expand the current team. Based in Singapore, you will build and grow the Restructuring Practice in Southeast Asia, and lead all aspect of restructuring and insolvency engagements. This position will lead/execute a diverse range of complex assignments as well as cross border transactions.
